IPA Music Awards Registration

Each year, the International Polka Association recognizes deserving polka artists with music awards that include Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Band of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, and Female Vocalist of the Year for Polish and International (Slovenian, Czech, German, Dutchmen, etc.) polka styles. An academy of 195 electors from across the country determines the award winners by casting their votes on ballots generated by submissions from those artists. In order to be listed on the ballot, polka artists and bandleaders must complete the electronic IPA Polka Music Awards Registration Form below. Recording artists are eligible for all awards and must submit their recorded tracks as instructed in the form. Recordings must be released between January 1^st and December 31^st of the given award year. Non-recording artists are eligible for Band of the Year and Vocalist of the Year awards as long as they provide a music file or link to a video of their performance conducted within the last three years of the award year. The deadline to register is midnight, December 31^st.
