My name is Matthew Olszewski and I am the new treasurer for the International Polka Association. I currently go to IUP where I study Finance. I belong to the finance and investment clubs at IUP and am very excited to both bring my knowledge to the IPA and to grow my skill set along the way. My connections to Polkas go back to before I can even remember, going to Polka festivals was always a staple of my summer. Now I play in the Kosmix, and am glad to be able to help carry on the Polka tradition in a band and now behind the scenes as treasurer of the IPA. I am excited to get to know everyone I am working with and everyone I am serving as I take on a more active role within the IPA organization.
