The 54th Annual IPA Polka Festival and Convention Welcome Party was held at the Cranberry Elks Lodge #2249. 2nd Vice President, Chris Bogdon, ran the dance, and all proceeds and benefits went to the Cranberry Elks Lodge for their continuous charity work in the local area. Music was provided by the Mon Valley Push.
