The IPA is excited launch a new project for 2027. We are looking to collect recipes from IPA Hall of Famers, musicians and polka fans. The book will be available to sale for the 2027 IPA Polka Festival and Convention.

Instructions for submitting a recipe:

2. Send the completed form to the IPA via one of the following methods:

NOTE: If we receive multiple recipes for the same item, we will use the first one submitted and contact the individual who submits a second (or third) to provide an alternate recipe.
