The International Polka Association is excited to announce plans for a special IPA Cookbook, featuring favorite recipes from Polka fans, Polka Hall of Famers, musicians, and their families.
We are inviting members of the Polka community to share a favorite recipe that has a special place in your family or your Polka memories. Whether it’s a treasured family tradition, a dish you make for Polka festivals and gatherings, or simply a recipe everyone asks you to bring—we want to include it!
This cookbook will be a celebration of the people, traditions, and wonderful food that make the Polka community so special.
